I am a keen photographer and this afternoon was walking from Castle Rising in Norfolk to Babingly river and came upon someone who said there was an unusual looking hoverfly on some wild garlic. I took this picture and then found your site when I got home. Looking at your map there do not appear to have been any sightings of this species in this area so I may be wrong.

first Rhingia this year, in the garden today........
Found in local woods,South Staff
