At last we are there - the book is now at the printers and we simply have to wait for its arrival in a container sometime in March.

I had it on pre-order with Amazon and they emailed to cancel the order today saying it was no longer available.

Will it come back to Amazon in March or should I buy direct from the publishers?

Hi, I've just received this from Amazon,

Stuart Ball, Roger Morris "Britain's Hoverflies: An Introduction to the Hoverflies of Britain (Britain's Wildlife)"

Our supplier has informed us that this item is no longer available. This item has now been cancelled from your order # and we can confirm that you have not been charged for it.

Does this mean the book has been cancelled? I hope not I've been looking forward to seeing this.

Hi

I have been investigating this. The book is still progressing and it is not quite clear why Amazon have listed it as they have. It seems likely that because there have been delays they have a feedback loop that causes cancellation at some stage.

Rest assured, the book is going to happen and will be out some time in March - probably late March.

Regards

Roger

Hi and thanks for the information. I see Amazon are now saying that you can sign up to be notified when this becomes available.
I am attending one of your courses in Carlisle on the 2nd and 3rd of February. Do you have any suggested reading I could do online in the meantime please?

Regards,
Bill O'Brien
